Do your customers have a reason to come back to your Website or Facebook page?
Do you give them any real value when they do?
Or do you make the biggest mistake that most businesses make…..only telling them about what you are selling or the latest promotion?
You need to imagine that you are the customer and you walk in to a physical shop and speak to the owner. If they take them time to be polite and friendly and actually care about you and give you value…..then there is a much higher chance that you will go back. Your websites and social media is the exact same. If you wouldn’t like it if someone else does it to you….Don’t treat your customers any different!
